So Easy to Adjust

TheraSnore is fully adjustable and can be set in either of 5 positions. It starts off in position 2 which allows the jaw to sit slightly forward, around 3mm forward. If it does not stop you Snoring the first time you sleep through the night, simply adjust to the next setting and so on until you find the position.
